Poor Service From Rain

I reported internet connectivity on Saturday evening. I called rain Sunday in the morning again. Stating that i have slow internet and need urgent assistance. Till right now my issue is not resolved, no one called me to assist. Yet they will want to fully bill me when the are offering such service. This has an impact on me because i work from home. They have no sense of emergency.
