Poor Service from Rain.

Sadly after giving Rain 5 stars, I need to retract my previous review. Its been 3+ weeks since payment and order placing and no modem received. When I made the purchase, I expressly told the consultant, Joshua, that I live in Pretoria and the modem must be delivered to Port Elizabeth. You would think such a simply thing is simple but its proving difficult and then Rain and the courier services provider dont talk and put the customer in the middle.
