Poor service from Rain

Good day If got a complaint to lay against Rain, on their website it shows that with my street address I had full internet coverage, I created a profile and an payment was taken emmediately from my account, BUT when I received the sim there was absolutely no coverage. I contacted Rain via Messanger and till today didnt receive any real comeback, I even asked that they must send aomebody out to come and see what is the problem, but nothing. I also send them a screenshot of my speedtest wich showed that both the download and upload speed was far below 0.50 I asked them for a full refund of my wasted money as times is tough and I cant pay for something that is not working, and I just dont get a answer from them. Really this is very poor service, why show on their website that I have full coverage which I dont have, and then just dont come back to me for any assisstance, I requested several times that somebody of Rain should get in contact with me, but nothing. I can forward al the conversations between me and Rain. And you will see by yourself that they are not interested in supporting me in any way. I really need your help regarding this situation.
