Poor service from Rain and promise not fulfilled

After having gone through horrible connectivity, with next to zero functionality of the product/service and even much more ****ndous customer service/ technical support, which i had to constantly contact. I was promised not to be billed and Rain still went ahead and billed me. Better yet their arrogant Billing department still has the nerve to say the billing is correct, after been promised i wouldnt be billed.

DO NOT USE RAIN, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
