Poor service from rain and network issues

I have have received no help after logging multiple requests to support team, but as per rain Rain's ethos, we'll get back to you when we feel like it or in my case never.

I've been experiencing poor network and no network, it just dissappears. No communications from the company as to why. My current experience as a Rain customer, you paying for a product but the product is not guaranteed to work FULL TIME ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES.

I have to spend and buy extra data because the device just does not want to co-operate.

There was a time I would recommend Rain and would say myself their service was good. After 3 years I am not confident in their service or products after this experience.

Save your money, there is a reason their index score is so low on this platform. Thanks Rain.
