Poor service from Rain

Very bad treatment from Rain. I do not have internet connection for 6 days now. I called many times to get the issue fixed every time they tell me they have escalated the issue and someone will call me and they never get back to me.

Now I can't get my work done since I work from home. We cannot do our online studies and yet I paid Rain R525.00 for the month. Their are customer service is very bad.
