Poor service from rain

I bought a simcard from rain and was not able to use the simcard. Multiple messages were sent to rain with little effect. Trying to communicate with them is the most frustrating thing in this earth. Following the first deduction from my bank account, I cancelled the simcard. However, they proceeded to make a second deduction. I am exasperated as I am not able to make contact with them.
