Poor service from Rain
I have been complaining about connection problems but no resolution, I even upgraded my plan but no change, I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone, I have paid my bill on the 24th but still I have to buy data for me to be connected, it is frustrating to pay something but receive poor service.

26 Dec 2025, 17:36It's not my first time hearing this from your team, no resolution at all, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't do anything about this, because it's been a month reporting the same thing all I get is "we will escalate the matter".
