Poor service from rain

I reported several time and every time they phone and appoligize for not sorting the issue out of refunding us. Another month gone yet we still waiting for a refund. We were phone by consultants and it was confirmed the contract (, month to month cancelled by them in a e mail to my wife. Yet we still waiting. This must be the worse company we have ever dealt with. I have told people not to use it and will going forward advice people on face book about this poor service so to stop as mush as posible other victims of this company. Cell ***. Gideon viljoen
