Poor service from RAIN!!!

This is the 2nd week without internet connection!!! The two sim cards & WiFi router don't work & yet our account was debited R559.00 on the 01st October!!!

We tried calling rain but you will hold forever until you run out of airtime! Logged a call on their RAIN app still no feedback!
