Poor service from Rain

On 1 November 2021, I requested an immediate cancelation and deactivation of my 5g service. I did not use the service for November. On 1st December I got a debit order from rain, full amount I have called rain a number of times, no action. They collected the router and I was told the billing department would sort it out. It is now the 14th December, no resolution. Rain are worse than telkom. I will never use rain again
