Poor service from Rain

I'm having trouble with Rain debiting my account and yet block my account saying I did not pay even after I have sent them proof payment for several times they still say I have not paid...and Rain have been giving me problems from far coz even in Month of October they debit my account twice and still said they only received 1 payment even after me sending them proof of payment they still said that so Rain is very very poor with their service
