Poor service from rain
I have been on 0.06 and 2Mbps download speeds since Monday the 29th of Jan.I have been calling rain and every time they tell that technicians are on site fixing the tower that is affecting my connection. Today they tell me that I should reach out in 72 hours if the issue still not fixed. What have they been doing this whole time when I called? I am so frustrated as I work from home

06 Feb 2024, 18:55I did that, For the past 7 days I have been placing the router outside the entire day via an extension cord and on top of my security wall. That doesn't help. I wish there was where we can upload photos so that you can see how we go to great lengths in order to follow your instructions. Even that doesn't help.

06 Feb 2024, 18:56Rain please explain to me why is it that when there is no loadshedding(When I have electricity) I get slow speeds of between 1 and 2.11mbps.Yet when there is Loadshedding(No electricity), I get super fast speeds of up to 60 mbps which lasts for only 2 hours until the powers comes back. Does it mean I get use your internet for 2 hours a day? For the past 7 days your technitions have been telling me via email, that the tower near me is down and that they are working very hard to bring it back up. Does it come alive only during the 2 hours of load shedding? Im I being punished here? I would appreciate if I recieved a proper reponse as I have been without internet since the 29th of Jan. I am curious to find out if anyone else in and around Kempton park is facing this issue.
