Poor service from rain

Very poor service from Customer service. I have been struggling with Rain for the past 8months, every month they cut my WiFi due to failed debit order as they debit to early. Every month they call me to tell me the debit did not go through and for the past 8 months i have to beg them to change the debit date to the last day of the month. But every month i get the same call over and over.

I am now at the point where i am busy looking for another provider as i dont understand how they cannot just fix the debit order date.
