Poor service from Rain ☹️

I bought unlimited data sim card from rain they said it's gonna take 3 to 5 working days to deliver instead it took 5 days,now that my sim has been delivered the sim card its not working I tried to put it in all the devices we have at home at says NO SIM I called several times still no help. The painful part is that I paid my last R479 with the sim I haven't used yet its now the 5th day of the month now I have to buy data from other service providers so that I can be connected, where does that money comes from?
