Poor service from rain

I have been with rain for over a year now I have multiple issues iv got emails overflowing in my mailbox for call and assistance request to no avail but when they wanted me to apply I ha calls from them it felt like a spam caller that's how many times they called. There service is *** once they sold you the product you on your own. I have moved locations and now the supposedly 5g rain one which is a 5g router has no 5g coverage in my current location and they don't seem interested to assist in any way how do they expect clients to buy and support their product when help is zero from their side. I'm canceling my contract and moving to something more reliable and helpful very poor service iv received in a long time and for something I pay for. Another thing I was not around for over 5week and this unit was completely off evens got suspended so it was off and not in use and account closed but they want to charge me 1 full month subscription payment for what as I haven't used the router for 5weeks
