**** poor service from associate to management!!!

Once again, you have proven yourselves to be so *********** and useless I don't even know why I bother sending this review. How does a person request a simple sim swap for 8 straight days and get no assistance? From lower level associates to higher management, no one gives a **** about the level of poor service you offer to your customers, no taking ownership for delayed response times and definitely no taking accountability that your service sucks, I guess as long as y'all have our money then we can just go ruck ourselves huh!!!

Just cancel the stupid sims if y'all don't us using your stupid slow service!!
