poor service for an internet provider rain Unlimited LTE.

I have been trying so hard and yet I have been wasting my money for a line that was supposed to be up to 10 mbps but instead I'm seeing 190 kbps how come I'm paying for uncapped upto 10 mbps for 479 a month when I can't even use the service during the day my kids need internet access they are currently using online facilities but it's hard to access because I'm being throttled down to below a 1 mb I have sent emails and complaints yet you send me settings for my device tried and still does not work. poor service and during this pandemic we all need access. I need a refund for this poor service that does not serve its purpose.
