Poor service

I am not happy with Rain Service, my 101 router has been giving me issues and I have trying to get in touch with their customer centre with no success. I have logged a call and no one ever get back to me. Now that stupid router doesn’t switch on at all and still logged another call yet no one get back to me. Rain this is my latest reference number ***2 . Get back to me before I destroy this router that I am paying for but it’s not working . It frustrated my kids and now I am paying extra money to get them data.
