Poor service

When going through this lock down, we all knew that certain measures had to be implemented. When working from home you require internet and currently i do not have that at this stage. Rain switched off my account due to funds not received but after i logged a complaint 3 times stating that i have Paid and attached the transaction details they still haven’t come back to me. This is poor service indeed
