poor service
ever since i got my replacement sim about 3 months ago and the external router my internet speed and signal strength has not changed. i was promised that the situation would be corrected or at least be repaired to a level that i can actually use my devises but nothing has changed. No one has called me back yet and i cannot get hold of a department that can actually help.
