Poor service
I ordered a new sim on the rain app on the 11th August 2025 and the response that I got was that it will be delivered within 3-5 working days and today is the 24th August 2025 which is already 9 working days later and I still haven't received the sim.I enquired on their WhatsApp and the response is that it looks like there are no orders on my account.They only demand our money but are giving us poor service
