Poor service

It's been almost a week since I wrote my last review,I still haven't been assisted by Rain,all I ask is for rain to return my R479 because I have not received any service from them for almost 2months They debited my account on the 19th of June 2020 Did I ever get a working sim card? No Did I receive any assistance on any ticket and email I've sent to them?no So what was the reason for the debit? I no longer require assistance of any sort from them,I've tried reaching out and each time I sit with an egg on my face,all I ask is my money back so life can go on

Good day Fattima,that's what you said last week. I do not want to wait for any of your agents to call me,I want you guys yo give me back my money and end all of these frustrations, I'm taking up my own time and money again to keep writing to you
Please honour my request just this once and give me back my R479 as little as it is,it makes a difference in my life.
