Poor Service
I have been logging tickets for weeks now and no one has gotten back to me this is my 4th attempt and doubt that Rain service provider will even bother to contact me, My query is actually easy I just need someone to discontinue my 4GSIM and upgrade me to a new 5G Sim and Router. Simple as that
