Poor service

Pathetic and utterly disgusting treatment Been a Rain customer for 3 years and this month 01/05/2025 my account was debited twice and after over 20 calls to agents and promises of call backs from accounts department, 7 days have gone by and my refund request was not put through I've been getting only excuses and hang ups and no1 has called me back from Rain I have to run after them for my money.

YOU GUYS HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME NOR CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WHICH ITS NOW GOING CLOSE TO ONE MONTH AND YOU STILL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS AND I NEED TO PAY R50 again TO RESTORE MY INTERNET.

GET THIS SH*T SORTED BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY OTHERWISE I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU GUYS PLUS I WILL MAKE SURE I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER OF 3 YEARS.

A CALL WAS MADE TO ME TELLING ME MY MATTER WILL BE ESCALATED FOR A REFUND LAST WEEK AMD UP UNTIL NOW NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN GIVEN AND NO MONEY HAS REFLECTED
ON TOP OF ALL THIS MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR R50 THIS MORNING AND MY INTERNET WAS CUT

It's been well into a month that this matter has been continuously escalated
I emailed my documents
My bank statement.
I have been making constant phone calls to you guys but no1 has answers for me. Rather every1 has the same excuse that it's been escalated to accounts.
I would highly appreciate someone be assigned to my matter as an urgent matter as I'm losing my patience.

Yes, my statement was sent to that specific email address and up until now nothing has been done.
My refund has not been processed and I was debited R50 on the 28th and I was debited R555 today.
This is getting ridiculous and pushing me towards cancelation AND LEGAL ACTION

F*ck sakes you took money from my account twice again.
My payment was debited on the 1st of June for R555 and today again an amount of R555 was taken from my account for what?.
I am taking legal action against you guys for unauthorized payments and *****ing.
Cause I'm f*cking sick and tired.
My refund for last months amount was authorized now today again you guys took money from my account.
