Poor service experienced

I have contacted Rain call center today and had to hold for more than 15 minutes just for the call to cut before I could be transferred to the team leader, I was informed the team leader is on a call and we'll get back to me and it's almost two hours waiting, The kind of service you providing really needs to improve, I am currently working from home and with such bad service this really affects my work
