Poor Service Even Worse Feedback
Have had rain for a while so has a friend when we got it it showed we had coverage. Now since August last year we been struggling. Phoned them they said no but we dont have coverage their map has been changed. Told them but we had great signal. O but we shouldnt have had any signal. That was the answer not a single word since. So basically thanks for your money but we dont need you. CEO of rain grow a pair give me a call and tell me you dont want my money or fix this mistake of yours. I wont stop till i have answers to this issue

07 Apr 2021, 17:57You are not actually hearing yourself right now. I cant log a complaint cause the system wont even accept my area or the farming communities roads. I pay my monthly rain i get no service i cant log a complaint cause your system wont let me. So now you send me a generic message which just shows me that you give no damn about the service you actually give. I mean like seriously catch a wake up. Once again tell your Boss to grow a pair and give me a call fix your mistake.
