Poor service
My internet has been down for the past three days I called the call center they act as if they can't hear me send whatsapp on they whatsapp number no respond and when I call them again they don't pick up my call

02 Feb 2024, 08:10But why is only rain that is affected its been 5 days with out internet my kids can't do school work I can't work when I call your call center am been placed on hold for 10 minutes mind you with my air time and what' funny if you don't find money in my account when you debt after 3 days you suspend the account if the issue is not resolved today please terminate my account with immediate effect and am not going to owe you nothing because I paid for February but no service was rented.
