Poor Service

I missed a payment on the 27th December 2024 and I part paid and amount of R169 it only worked for 6 days only then you switched it off today but you guys clearly said we can pay the remaining amount before your next payment date...I had to pay it now and it says im still behind with another 339 that is outstanding I believe that is for the 25th because I have already paid today the remaining amount...you guys are useless yaz
