Poor service

Continuously struggling to get internet connection. According to the map coverage we are in the 5G range but we never have internet connection. When I phone Support they always use the silly excuse - loadshedding in the area/all the towers in the area are off. Strange enough when we had Stage 6 loadshedding in 2023 all was working well.
