Poor Service

I have been quite satisfied with Rain in the past, however of late their customer service is pathetic. When you log a complaint, they respond with a automated message, and they repeat the same one. The call center number cuts off after 2 rings.

This is quite frustrating when they owe you money and refuse to deliver a service.

I get the impression that it's not their intention to assist their clients.
