Poor service

Rain service has been one of hell service, they don't treat customers right,first they cancelled my services without my consent immediately after paying them full amount just because I complained about their poor network that only works 5-10days in a month yet I pay R679, they reopened my services again but the same problem occurs, we never had network through out , I request to cancel it this time cause I realised I am paying for nothing but they say I must pay for something I did not use yet I paid double when they 1st cancelled my services and when they opened it without me asking the to cancel... Now I want to cancel I don't need their services anymore cause there is never network.. how can I pay R679 for network that only works 5-10days in a whole month.. honestly I won't recommend rain to anyone they sucks and their customer service is rude..
