Poor Service
Purchased the new 5g R500 deal from rain, received everything however the sim was invalid so I couldn't use it , turns out to be the wrong sim, Consultant helps me order a sim swap on the 29th of October , I haven't received any communication since,the consultants keep saying it will come but cant tell me anything more. ... Its now the 8th of November and paid for a service I still haven't used. Poor service.

09 Nov 2021, 11:36It was sent out today to a completely different address than what I gave the rain consultant which makes no sense to me as I didn't confirm the address the courier used. I had to call the courier myself and change the address just so I don't waste the courier's time for something that was a mistake on Rains side.
