Poor service

Bought rain sim card more than a week ago, followed the steps to activate the sim online, I was directed to pay money before the last step which is to RICA the sim.

I have followed the necessary steps to RICA online more than 5times but the system keeps requesting me to do it over and over again.

I have logged calls online, sent emails each time I have been told to do it again which I did but still not successful. I paid money for data that I don't have access to, I need this data to be able to do my job. R479 was deducted from my account.

Please help me.
