Poor Service

Bad Service From the provider, I purchased their sim card from takealot I struggled to Rica the sim card, when contacting rain I was told to pay an up front amount of R250 of which I did pay, the months went on then I stop for 1 month when paying for next month I was told to pay an extra fee caues I have you the data for the next falling month okay That's not a problem, then I paid it using my sim card for the new month when I stopped paying for another month cause I did not want to pay an extra amount for the new month I did not use my sim card I stopped using it before my due date but guess what I get a billing over my my normal billing this is utter nonsense to me cause clearly somebody from their account department is not doing their work well.
