Poor service delivery & struggle to cancel the contract

If there was a zero rating, I would havedefinetly rated this network at that. They have poor service delivery, I upgraded and cancelled my previous sim with them, till this day they say I owe them. They want to double debit me for data I didnt use, they themselves can see the usage on the sim and still want to claim money. Now I want to cancel, guess what? They are giving me the run arounds, everyday I get a promise to call. If you havent joined rain yet, help yourself and dont get tangeld in this mess most of us are in. The regular network providers like MTN, Vodacom & Telkom, they treat their customers well, as much as they can be expensive. It's the peace of mind we pay for. DO NOT JOIN RAIN....
