Poor Service Delivery: Henrico Smith; Let blog on solo Makhene

It's funny how companies are always so quick to respond to reviews privately and make empty promises. Rain has done it again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wrote a review about how unhappy I was with their service on Friday; that I am a new client and have always wanted to join Rain but I regret ever requesting for that Sales Call. My device is still offline, and I was promised that they'll look into it, well guess what? 48+ HRs later I'm still waiting, in an actual fact... I am the one reaching out still trying to get answers. What Rain is doing is not fair on us as clients/customers who believe in their product. Platform like Hellopeter are supposed to be a wake up call to businesses and companies to better their service delivery, instead they use it to make false promises... I can't wait for month end, I am going to block their debit order because it's pointless moes. I'm so not going to recommend Rain to anyone, instead I'll warn them of your poor service delivery
