Poor service delivery from support team at Rain
I had Rain internet as service profider for almost one year. My internet went of 26 June 2024. We contacted them several times. Each time they resent and asked us to reboot our side. We did it all every day. On 7 July I requested for Technical support. They send email to confirm to send technician out. Yesterday I spoke to support and tjey went tjrough the same old reset ritual on the call I requested to be called back in 20 minutes that never happened. I logged a complaint again todayat 11:25. Nobody phoned me back back yet and it is 15:10 now.
