Poor service delivery from Rain

Very disappointed in the service I have been receiving lately. I was offered a free 4G unlimited network upgrade with 2 free sim cards on the 16th of September. I've received the sim cards without any problems on the 27th of September, but up until today I have not been upgraded at all.

This after numerous phone calls to staff who have absolutely no idea how to help. If the calls aren't dropped, then the staff member is clueless or promises to phone back with a solution but never does.

I've been a client with Rain for years and never had any of these problems before. Offering a service and then not being able to deliver is poor and unacceptable service.
