Poor service delivery

I wanted to write a review based on my experience with Rain as they started off giving me 5G servi e and I was Happy, but one thing I cannot tolerate is when the service is so poor that you cannot get hold of them and even logging a fault through help desk Rain still doen not answer or even get back to the customers, it's been days since I logged a fault with them and that's all it amounted to... Nothing poor internet service to a point that you can get nothing done.. I pay for a up to 700mps line but I've never even received half of that and the last 2 weeks have been so bad that general browsing lags and I run at 3 mps and 150kbs upload.. I play for a Sa team on warface and n let my team down by continously getting kicked bec my line is so slow.. I felt so I bad I wanted to scream as they were so disappointed in me.. Still now I have had no help from Rain.. They just don't care.. This makes them just like Telekom who also treat their customers like ****.. I can't believe how Rain can take your good hard earned cash but don't supply you with what they promise.. I will not recommend Rain to anyone as they are not up to the task when needed and does not know what customer service is.. Thand again Rain for being the best you can be..
