Poor service delivery by Rain

I took up the 5g rain one product in September 2023 and the agreement l had with the sales consultant that assisted me was that my 4g sim would be cancelled that very month, however, since then l have been getting billed for both products and l have tried to call in to support and use the app to request a call back, no assistance has been provided to me for the past 4 months. Very poor service delivery by Rain!!
