Poor Service Delivery and Faulty Deliveries

Good day

I have experience brilliant assistance from the sales team when I app****, however from the payment was made, it all went backwards.

Several notifications received that the order is on its way. Contacted me 3 days later for first time after I did request that this is urgent and logistics needs to be arranged timeously.

I did receive my parcel a week later, unfortunately the router was delivered without a sim card, which is beyond the purpose of Wi-Fi then.

I have logged several complaints on the website which provide supposely "24 hour" assistance, still no one has came back to me!

I also calles their call centre several times, which only gets transferres to next person.

3 days after delivery and still no one from Rain has contacted me or provided feedback on the matter.

Really unproffesional and poor service providers.
