Poor service delivery and communication

So over the past week I have been tried to communicate with Rain networks regarding the slow speeds and network issue I have been chatting on their preferred method chat some people are helpful to an extent the rest just avoid you by telling you what you know or figured out. If the matter is escalated you won't get any feedback from the online chat platform they say it has been escalated and there is nothing they can do. The network guys will you can barely get a hold of them although they know the problem. As for sending email to them as another contact method not a single reply from numerous emails sent but they good to give you the sim that you pay for and your bill is on time but you will never be contacted in a timely manner regarding your query.
