Poor service delivery and communication

I have been trying to call Rain so that they assist with my issue of no connectivity for the router they supp**** with no success. Reference number ***4, ***2.

I bought the router in February 2024 and I have been able to use it because of no connection due to signal issues in my area but when I bought this package, the agent said it would work . Rain is useless
