POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I'm a Rain subscriber and the service that was offered to me was unfair and totally wrong I last connected to their internet on the 08/05/23 thereafer I was having poor connection to the internet till today and I tried contacting them but they are unreachable on their service line and they also debited the full amount on the 01/06/23 so I'm not happy with how they treated me. So I need a refund for the days that I didn't connect to the internet till today.

CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME FOR DAYS THAT I DID NOT USE MY WIFI.
