Poor Service Delivery

All I can say is know who you are involving yourself with and have lots of patience, you will need it.

One consultant will say you can use your driver's license and proof of residence to accept delivery (reference number: ***) the next day another one will say the exact opposite and say no you can't, that consultant you spoke to is an agent, it's not Rain - when you ask whether the other consultant was *****ulently pretending to work for Rain and sending emails on behalf of Rain, the consultant raises their voice as if they helped you pay for your package whereas you paid for the package on your own.

If you don't have patience or are short tempered, please save yourself the trouble. Imagine, loadshedding, potholes now people you pay for a service refuse you to get your package and then give you attitude afterwards as if you didn't pay them. Like really, all the best, you'll need it, trust me.
