POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I'm RAIN SUSCRIBER AND I'M GETTING BILLED EVERY MONTH ON THE 25TH SO ON THE MONTH OF MAY THEY DIDN'T DEBIT AS THERE WAS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT REASON NOT DEBITING ON THE 25 I DON'T KNOW. SO TODAY I JUST MADE A MANUAL PAYMENT AND MONEY WENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT I STILL CAN'T CONNECT TO MY WI-FI.

I NEED ANSWERS NOW ASAP AS I HAVE A WORK REPORT TO SUBMIT NOW

I JUST WENT THROUGH MY STATEMENT AND I PICKED UP THAT I WAS DEBITTED ON THE 25 IF MAY SO I MAY PLEASE GET MY REFUND FOR THE PAYMENT THAT I JUST MADE NOW AND SORT OUT MY WI-FI BECAUSE I CAN'T CONNECT TO MY WI-FI

MY WI-FI SHOW NO CONNECTION BUT YOU BILLED ME ON THE 25TH WHY ARE YOU TREATING US LIKE THIS

please note that m using a pocket router so I always travel to Sandown and yesterday I made a payment thinking that you didn't debit but when I check my bank statement it appears that you debited so if you can't my yesterday payment I will go to the bank and reverse

never my debit order is set for the 25th of every month not the 1st of every month so don't come with **** because I never asked or subscribed for the 1st of every I opt for the 25th of every month so whoever changed my due date must held liable for it.

I did reset my device still m not connected and at home they are using 5G but they are connected to the internet and why didn't you advice me and I don't trust you guys because my wifi last night was working properly it's now today when I get home from work my internet is down I need connection now as we speak
