Poor service delivery

I ordered a sim from rain and paid upfront. The estimated time of delivery came and went and the Sim was still not delivered, I requested a call from them but they didn't give me any satisfactory reason, so I canceled my order, requesting a refund for my money. They still haven't returned my money and now, when I make call requests, they don't call back. This is just poor service
