Poor service delivery

I have been waiting for a sim card for over 5 days. I have emailed and tried online chats and no response yet I have paid for this service and have been debited as well. This is poor service on another level. I understand contact center not being available but why is every email answered with an auto response and no one ever gets back to you? ref Rain04-***0
