Poor service delivery👎🏽

I've been waiting for a new router since the 28 January. I was told to wait and that you're looking into the matter. Today is the 5th of February. Zero communication from you, consultants are not responding to my messages on Facebook, no calls received from Rain. It's been days sitting with no internet yet I paid on the 25th of last month. You have gone cold as to what is the next step seeing that the courier company chosen by you has not delivered and further pushing the days to make delivery.
